Working at Santa Barbara City College for T.A.P.

Fransisco Dorame was the Director of the Transfer Achievement program (TAP) at SBCC. He had understood the power of technology and didn't hide from it. He tasked me to up-grade the TAP website so it would attract more students to the program and would provide more information.  We succeed. Later that year Fransisco was a finalist in Examples of Excelencia at the Associate Level. from Excelencia in Education, a Washington, D.C.-based non-profit organization.
